Refund Policy

Welcome to our refund policy.

QUARLESS.com and its associated websites are operated by Thriving Lives Limited (TL). These websites provide various products, services, and subscriptions. All sales processed by or on behalf of TL are considered final. However, TL reserves the right issue partial or full refunds at our sole discretion.

Made on Demand - Many TL products are MOD (“Made on Demand”) and thus custom made and shipped for you. In the event of a defective or damaged products, please first send us a video of the damaged goods along with written description of the defect or damage, using subject “Defective or damaged product” via email to support(at)quarless.com. Upon receipt, TL shall consider your claim and determine the next course of action, such as requesting the goods be returned, offering replacement items, or providing a refund. Please note, emails related to defective or damaged goods should be sent within 14 days of the delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our partner facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if and as applicable).

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;

2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,

therefore TL reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.

Regarding TL Membership Plans, if your subscription is cancelled, your membership plan and related benefits shall remain until the next billing period, at which time your subscription will revert to the free default membership position and no other member-based subscription charges shall occur.

As it relates to any TL Services, if you wish to cancel or discontinue a service of which you have already paid, please send an email with subject “Service Cancellation” and explanation of the issue to support(at)quarless.com. With fairness to both you and the service provider, we handle any potential issues on a case by case basis with care.
