QUARLESS.com physical products are made-on-demand. Orders typically take 2–7 business days to fulfill before shipping. This ensures high-quality, custom-made items for every customer.

 

Shipping Times
Delivery times vary by destination:

  • USA: 3–4 business days

  • Europe: 6–8 business days

  • Australia: 2–14 business days

  • Japan: 4–8 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days

Shipping Methods & Carriers
We use reliable carriers such as USPS, FedEx, DHL, and others based on your location. Tracking information will be provided when available.


Customs & Duties
International orders may incur customs or tax fees determined by your local authorities. These charges are outside our control and are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Multiple Shipments
If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately to ensure faster delivery.

 

Incorrect Address & Unclaimed Packages
If an address is incorrect or a package goes unclaimed, it will be returned to our facility. Reshipment costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
