QUARLESS seeks partners, not employees. 

We are assembling a core Operations Team of risk‑aligned builders who believe in the long‑term vision of a shared creative economy — and who are willing to contribute before guarantees exist. 
 

This is a commission‑only, income‑share opportunity, designed for independent professionals, founders, and operators who want to help build something meaningful and participate directly in its growth.
 

This is Not Employment

  • No employee benefits

  • No salary, hourly pay, or guaranteed income

  • No exclusivity unless explicitly agreed

  • You control your own schedule and methods

  • You are responsible for your own taxes and compliance

What Is an Operations Team Member?

Operations Team Members help manage, grow, and scale the entire QUARLESS ecosystem — not a single project.
 

They work with our Hong Kong–based company (Thriving Lives Limited) on a non‑employee basis and are compensated exclusively through:
 

  • Platform‑wide income share

  • Affiliate‑based digital economy rewards

  • Long‑term participation in the QUARLESS system
     

They may operate as individuals or via their own registered companies.
 

Internal Designation

Internally, Operations Team Members are designated as:

QUARLESS Core Operators (Q-Core)
Independent, non‑employee contributors aligned through shared operational objectives and outcomes

 

Compensation flows only as revenue flows into the QUARLESS ecosystem.
 

This structure protects independence while aligning incentives.

How Compensation Works (High Level)

1. Global Operations Pool

All active QUARLESS projects (Song Brands and future initiatives) contribute to a single global Operations Pool.
 

Before distributions:
 

  • Platform & system costs are covered (payment processing, data storage, essential software tools, minimum department‑allotted budgets)

  • We intentionally operate lean — no physical offices
     

The remaining net funds form the Operations Pool.
 

2. Dynamic Income Share

Income from the Operations Pool is distributed among active Operating Partners based on:
 

  • Defined responsibilities

  • Deliverables completed

  • Revenue impact (direct or indirect)

  • Leadership & reliability

  • Peer and leadership feedback
     

Income share is dynamically weighted over time, not fixed forever.

Final allocation decisions are made by the Creative Director (Jim Quarless), informed by:
 

  • Executive Leadership input

  • Elite Council feedback

  • Transparent system data

Affiliate Network Positioning (A Unique Advantage)
Operations Team Members receive a benefit exclusive to the Operations structure.
 
Non‑Associated Member Assignment
When a new customer makes any purchase on the QUARLESS platform without an affiliate referral, they are:
 
  • Assigned to an active Operations Team Member
  • Rotated fairly and transparently
  • Placed within a 5‑tier affiliate structure, with the Operator at the top
     
This means:
 
  • You receive affiliate earnings from member activity and purchases
  • Your affiliate position is secured permanently, even if you later step away from active operations
  • You gain long‑term residual income without recruitment pressure
     
This is not a pyramid scheme.

What makes QUARLESS different:
  • Revenue comes from real content, real products, and real consumer sales.

  • No paid membership and no purchase requirements.

  • Affiliate rewards are a distribution mechanism, not the business itself.

Member engagement, creator relations, mentorship, and ecosystem health.
 

Territorial Leadership

Oversees expansion of QUARLESS Chapters across cities and territories worldwide.
 

Talent & Entertainment

Sourcing creators, artists, and new Song Brand opportunities.
 

Capital & Partnership Development

Engaging investors, influencers, and strategic partners.

Governance & Transparency

QUARLESS is founder‑led but feedback‑driven.
 

Decision Structure

  • Creative Director: Final authority

  • Executive Leadership: Core operating partners

  • Elite Council: Vested members with voting rights on direction and allocations

  • Star Assembly: the "voice of the ecosystem." This group consists of high-impact members who provide vital feedback for platform evolution and community health.
     

Transparency Commitment

Operations Team Members will have visibility into:
 

  • Revenue inflows

  • Expense categories

  • Pool calculations
     

This transparency enables informed feedback and shared ownership thinking.

Roles Within a Song Brand

Project partners may hold more than one role.

🎵 Artists (The Creators)
The visionaries who craft the sound. Artists receive long-term earnings tied to the life of the song brand, along with a platform that respects and preserves their creative DNA.

 

📣 Influencers (The Amplifiers)
The traffic generators who turn a song into iconic momentum. Influencers contribute social reach and receive earnings tied to defined promotional timeframes.

 

💼 Investors (The Fuel)
The strategic partners who fund marketing, distribution, and scale. Investors receive earnings until their original investment is returned, plus a percentage above.

 

🌱 Social Partners (The Love)
The souls who support social causes directly improving the lives of children. They are the future. When we win, the future blooms. The organization may be selected from approved options or proposed by project partners.

 

🧭 QUARLESS (The Operators)
The stewards of the song brand ecosystem, overseeing project development, distribution, and ongoing operational support.
